Exchanges:
Due to the nature our products, there is no exchange or return on the Shalws, Stoles, Scarves or Dupattas, However, we may consider exceptions in certain circumstances that arise through no fault of the individual. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure your new piece reaches you promptly. We only replace the items if they have a manufacturing defect other then the size issues, Minor snags, pulls are not the defects. The product must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in original packing. That is, all tags and labels should be intact.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. - Used product with obvious signs of usage (stains, sweat, fragrance application, pulls, snags or damage done)
- The product is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The product is returned after 7 days of delivery.
